It is very simple to reach us!
From North (Viterbo), follow the Via Cassia (SS2) towards Roma and exit at Olgiata and Bracciano. Continue for a few hundred meters and turn left to do about-turn, rising above the flyover. Continue straight, by returning to the SS2 in the opposite direction and taking the exit “Le Rughe”. At the roundabout, take the right onto Viale Africa and drive along it until the first turn left into Viale America.
From the South (Rome)
- coming from Via Veientana Nuova (SS2bis), exit at “Le Rughe”. At the roundabout, take the right in Viale Africa and drive along it until the first turn left into Viale America.
- coming from the Via Cassia (SS2), continue until the end, turn right and then immediately left on the flyover. Proceed right, resume the SS2 and exit to the first exit “Le Rughe”. At the roundabout, take the right onto Viale Africa and drive along it until the first turn left into Viale America.

In the surrounding area of the Residenza Positano there are 3 shopping centres, with different hypermarkets, shops and even a bowling centre. The area is covered by regular bus service for Rome and from metropolitan train (Rome-Viterbo RF3, stations Cesano or Olgiata).
